The 'Osada Pogodno’ in Miłków is a restored, over 200-year-old house with beautiful views of the Karkonosze Mountains and a spacious garden. The house was created with passion and a love for old, regional architecture. We aimed to faithfully replicate the original character of the construction while adapting the interior for the comfort of our guests. We believe that a stay in our house in Miłków will allow you to break away from everyday life, and the time spent with family and friends will remind you of what is most important in life.
Beyond the house and our spacious garden with sauna, regional attractions await you – Karkonosze trails, mountain streams, lively Karpacz, and the atmosphere of the omnipresent Spirit of the Mountains.
The 'Pogodno Settlement’ consists of two independent residential parts that can be rented separately or jointly.
Both parts have direct access to the garden and parking. Our houses are separated by double doors that ensure discretion and comfort during your stay. We are located 3 km from Karpacz and 23 km from Szklarska Poręba.”

The Large Settlement
„The Large Settlement” is over 220 square meters in size, comprising a living room with a dining area, four spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is designed to accommodate up to fourteen guests.

- 5Four-person bedroom - two double beds

Attractions available in the village

1. Night quiet hours: 22:00 – 06:00 – and it’s not just about turning off the lights… but mainly about loud music in the house and garden, which disturbs the sleep of guests in the second part of the house and neighbors.
2. No smoking (cigarettes or e-cigarettes) throughout the house.
3. Please sort the garbage (large bins are located outside). On the day of departure, please empty the household trash cans.
4. Please clean up after your dog in the garden.
5. Strict prohibition of dogs sleeping on the bedding, and prohibition of leaving dogs alone in the house without supervision.
6. Please do not leave the fireplace and bonfire unattended.
7. Check-out from the house by 11:00 a.m., check-in after 4:00 p.m.
8. Please close the entrance gate with the remote control upon entering the property.
