The Villa
Willa Osada Pogodno is a restored house over 200 years old, rented out in its entirety for exclusive use - for groups of up to 21 people (23 maximum). The interior consists of two connected living areas: they give a large group room to spread out while keeping privacy for every guest, with direct access to the garden and convenient parking.
Main part
A spacious living area and four bedrooms
The heart of the villa is a spacious lounge with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there are two interconnected bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms and a second bathroom.

The Old Stable part
A lounge with a pool table and two more bedrooms
A restored part of the former farm building, linked to the rest of the villa by a discreet passage in the lounge. The ground floor holds a lounge with a sofa bed, a pool table and a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms are located upstairs.

In total, Willa Osada Pogodno offers a comfortable stay for 21 guests and can accommodate up to 23. Both parts form a coherent whole, each with direct access to the garden and convenient parking.
